The Team

  • Josh Holloway (Director)

    Josh juggled a Computer Science degree and his web-development business before putting his degree on hold to form Better Brief and pursue his dream. A few years later, the idea is to never go back...

  • Dan Hensby (Director)

    Dan is a founding partner at Better Brief and is chief whip with our lovely developers. He loves everything technical and is experienced in the advanced coding geekery.

    • Will Morgan

      Will leads frontend-heavy projects, using his vast experience in UI, JavaScript and web applications. He's an advocate of clean code and strong coffee. Aren't we all?

    • Doug Proctor

      Doug has the responsibility of taking client briefs and magically turning them into websites. Easier said than done. With a thorough and user-centric approach, he leads our consultancy and wireframing.

    • Mike Andrewartha

      Mike joins us from SilverStripe NZ where he worked as a client trainer and HTML developer. He does the same for us, creating beautifully semantic code for our clients.

    • Dave Hill

      Dave joined us in late 2011 and brings a wealth of talent and is a pro at PHP, HTML and, well, everything in-between.

    • Matt Lewis

      Matt joins us having graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Mathematics.  He also brought several years of thorough coding experience and more importantly, a banjo.
